HOW WE HANDLE YOUR REQUEST
Our goal at Land Creations Landscaping is to take care of any warranty or guarantee issues as soon as possible. In order for us to be successful we request that you fill out the "Service Request Form". This will help us identify the problem and provide us the information to solve your problem quickly and correctly.
Once we receive your request we will schedule the work. We schedule all requests for the following week provided that we receive the information by 11:00 pm Thursday. In order for your request to be scheduled for the following week we MUST have the "Service Request Form" filled out completely with photos of the problems.
In some cases, specific plants or materials may need to be special ordered. If that is the case, we will order them and once they arrive we will make the repairs. Small and simple repairs will be taken care of within one week. Larger repair work will be scheduled and you will be notified as to when the work will be completed.
We do not charge for warranty issues, however, if it is determined the work is not a warranty issue there will be a $50.00 service charge plus the cost of the repair.
We are here to service your needs. Please understand that the weather dictates our schedule and there are times we can't perform service work.
