Hardscape Foreman
3 – 5 years’ experience running a hardscape crew
Fully understand hardscape installation processes
Have the ability to take a project from plans to completion
Experience operating skid steers, mini excavator, cut off saws and other hardscape specific equipment
Know how to set proper grades for patios, retaining walls, steps and other hardscape features
Must be able to manage a crew of 3 – 5 members
Complete daily paperwork and manage project hours
Keep clients up to date with the progress of the project
Have a clean and valid driver’s license (CDL is helpful but not necessary)
Must follow and enforce company policies
Landscape Construction Crew Leader
3 – 5 years’ experience running a landscape installation and construction crew
Fully understand planting, lighting, basic woodwork and hardscapes
Have the ability to take a project from plans to completion
Experience operating skid steers, mini excavator, dump trucks and other power tools
Know how to lay out beds and set proper grades
Must be able to manage a crew of 3 members
Complete daily paperwork and manage project hours
Keep clients up to date with the progress of the project
Have a clean and valid driver’s license (CDL is helpful but not necessary)
Must follow and enforce company policies
Crew Members
Experience is helpful but not necessary (We will train the right person)
Willing to work with a team to install various hardscape and landscape projects
Interested in learning the industry
Reliable and available to work when needed
A good drivers license is helpful
